Private Sessions
This is one on one training for players. All players will be taught the Pro Hoops Method and there will be a focus on specific areas the player wants to address. We have found more positive results when players have a say in their development. After all, it is the player who has to step on the court and it is the player who knows what it will take to gain the confidence to do well. The attention the player gets is extremely focused and an area that might have been looked over in a bigger setting will not be missed in this type of workout. Sessions will run for either a 1/2 hr to 1 hr. |
|
Semi-Private Sessions
These workouts consist of 2 to 4 players. These workouts work well for those who have been doing the private workouts and want to join up with others who are familiar with the program and who will help them use their moves in a live setting. We also will work with all newcomers who wish to learn the system together. Sessions run for 1 hour. |

Team Sessions (College, HS, AAU, CYO, JAA and more)
Pro Hoops provides the best opportunity for players to learn moves that they can get off within the framework of the offense. There are many systems out there that have proven to be effective. What makes them more effective is players who have moves and know how to use them within their system. Our workouts range from 1hr to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It depends on the needs of the coaches.
